We offer flat rates for shipping to make it easy for you to calculate the total cost of your order.

 

For orders totaling $50 or less:  we add $6.95 for shipping

For orders  totaling over $50-$100:  we add $8.95 for shipping

For orders totaling over $100-$150:  we add $10.95 for shipping

For orders totaling over $150:  we offer FREE SHIPPING

 

Local pickup or delivery (make an appointment):  FREE

 

We ship USPS or UPS whichever offers the fastest service for the lowest cost & depending on the size & weight of your package.

 

Orders are usually filled & shipped by the next day!  Often, we ship the same day.  If an order will be delayed more than two days, we try to notify you.

 

 

Your complete satisfaction is important to us.  If any product is damaged or defective, we will replace the product or offer a complete refund.

 

If you change your mind, order too many or can't use the item like you thought you could, please let us know.  We are happy to exchange any item for you or arrange for a refund of the purchase price for any merchandise returned in "like new" condition.  Shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is your responsibility.  If an error was made on our part, we pay shipping costs, of course.

We are a web based business & do not have a "brick & mortar" shop.  If you would like to pick up your order or shop in person, please make an appointment ahead of time.

We do not use any of your personal information for any purpose other than to process your order or to communicate with you about your order or about items in which you have expressed an interest.  We use your email address in order to relay shipping confirmation to you through UPS or USPS about a specific shipment so you will know the method & time of your shipment.

 

We do not sell, rent, swap or authorize any customer information to any third party or use your email address without your permission.   We use email addresses to send info about new items added to our website, new shows we will be attending or classes.  If you do not want to be on our email lists, please let us know.
